General Information

When can I place an order?

1-Pixies is open from Monday to Sunday for orders placed online. However, our operation hours are on weekdays (Monday – Friday) from 10:30am – 5.30pm. We are closed on Weekends and Public Holidays. You may select deliveries to be made throughout the week.

What are your delivery timeslots?

Weekend delivery slots: The cut-off time for orders is 12pm on Friday and only confirmed once full payment has been made. You will receive a confirmation notification from us by email and/or phone.

What are your cut-off timings for placing an order?

  • If your order was placed on Sunday, the order will be processed on the next working day (Monday), with the earliest delivery slot on Wednesday.
  • If your order was placed on a Public Holiday, we will process your order on the next working day, with delivery scheduled by the 2nd working day.
  • Public Holiday delivery slots: Deliveries can be arranged on public holidays by consulting with us beforehand. You will receive a confirmation by email and/or phone, of the order once full payment is made
What if I require expedited service?

If you require expedited service, please do write in before you place your order so we may advise you on a case-by-case basis, and confirm the delivery slot available.

Rental Duration

How long is your rental period?

Standard rental period is 4 days, inclusive of the day of self-collection and self-return. 

  • Self-collection example: Collection on Friday (Day 1), Return on Monday (Day 4).
  • Delivery example: Delivered on Saturday (Day 1), Return on Tuesday (Day 4) 
Where can I collect and return the rental products?

All rental items are to be collected from and returned at:

Collection & return must be on Weekdays, excluding Public Holidays between 10:30am to 12 noon & 2pm to 5pm.

Extension of Rental duration

How are your items priced?

The prices reflected on our webpage are for a rental period of 4 days. 1-Pixies must agree to any extension to the rental period. Should the rental props be held for a longer period without our permission, customers will be charged a full day’s rental for every additional day. This will be deducted from your security deposit.

Security Deposit

Is there a security deposit that I have to place for my order?

A full refundable security cash deposit of $150.00 is required upon the collection of rented props. This will be refunded to the customer once the goods are returned undamaged and in the same state as when it left our premises.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?
  • There will be NO cancellations made to all confirmed orders. 
  • There will be no refund given in the event of no show on the collection date unless 1-Pixies was informed beforehand and has acknowledged it with an email.

Return & Refund

What is your return/refund policy?
  • In the event that the prop that you have rented is not available, we seek your understanding to accept the following solution(s) 
  • Replace the unavailable item with another item in our inventory, OR 
  • Receive 100% refund for the said unavailable item

Damage/ Loss

What if the item I received is damaged / What if I have lost the item I rented?
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect all rental props upon the collected of them. Some items do show signs of wear and tear and this may be noted. If customers do not inspect the props before leaving our premises, the rented props are deemed satisfactory and damaged-free. 
  • Should an item become lost or damaged, you will be liable for reimbursing us for the full cost of replacement or repair (if this is possible). Please contact us immediately about any damages or loss. Replacement value is based on the current retail value. If the replacement value exceeds the security deposit, customers will be charged for the additional costs which is payable within 5 days of the return date.


Who is liable for any damage/injury from the rental of 1-Pixies products?

1-Pixies accepts no responsibility for injury caused to any person or damage caused to any property of the customer resulting from the rental of our items.

Personal Data Protection

What is your data protection (PDPA) policy?

The term “Personal Information”, refers to any information about you. This includes, but not limited to your name, NRIC number, address, contact number, credit card details, etc.

Use of Personal Information & Privacy

By signing up for an account to place your orders, it is deemed that you’ve agreed to receive direct electronic mailers from “1-Pixies” and its subsidiaries such as but not limited to “1-Host”. This information will not be disclosed to any other parties without prior consent of our customers.

Your personal information is collected in order to fulfill the purpose of delivery; to provide services for; and billing of your order through your account. 

Please do note that by providing your recipient’s personal information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide their personal data to 1-Pixies. You have obtained their consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data.

Our online store is hosted on WordPress. Your data is stored through WordPress’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. For more information of WordPress’s General Date Protection Regulation (GDPR), it can be found here.
