No idea of how the planning process

with 1-Host will be like?

Below is the usual timeline we work with all clients across all venues.

We usually start the planning process 6-8 weeks prior to the event. Food tasting and discussion will be arranged with the planner/coordinator in-charged. Discussion to include of floral decorations, layout of restaurant, sample programme flow & activities that will be happening on the actual day. Afraid that the timeline will be too tight? Feel free to contact your person-in-charged to start the planning process earlier if you would feel more comfortable with it.

Programme flow will be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event. Rehearsals & testing of AV can be arranged with your person-in-charged.

Finally, on the actual day, event will be handed over to the event manager to run the event. A bump-in-bump-out document will be run through during handover to ensure everything is in place.
Couple will just need to enjoy their wedding celebration with their beloved guest!
